If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

The Company retains full authority to cancel an order without the obligation to provide a specific reason for the decision.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 24 hours without giving any reason for doing so.

Refund:

Should the Company choose to issue refunds for services obtained through our website, the processing will be managed by the Company in collaboration with third-party payment gateways to transfer the funds back into the customer's account. The entire procedure is estimated to take around 7-10 days to complete.

The Company shall also not provide refunds if You want to alter the type of service availed from Us, it may adjust the same with the existing amount remitted to Us. The Company reserves discretionary deciding powers for the same.

If an itinerary PDF becomes corrupted or requires replacement during the normal course of use, You can reach out to Us on via Email along with your Order ID and the Company on a case to case basis shall decide whether a new itinerary shall be provided to You.

In the event of issues arising from our end, such as internet connectivity, network problems, or other general challenges during an on-call consultation, we may opt to reschedule the session. Alternatively, on a case-by-case basis, we might offer a refund. Please note that refunds will not be granted for problems originating from your side; in such cases, we can, at most, arrange for a rescheduled on-call consultation based on our availability.

We will reimburse you in one of the following means.

  • Same means of payment as You used for the Order.

  • Any other means. ex. bank transfer.

  • Through voucher code which can be redeemable in your next purchase.
